Started By Technicians Who Were Tired of Bad Service
Pro AC Fix didn’t start as a marketing plan. It started with a handful of AC technicians who had spent years working for larger companies in Dubai and kept running into the same problem: customers were being quoted inflated prices, sold repairs they didn’t need, and left waiting for hours with no real update on when someone would actually arrive. In a city where AC isn’t a luxury but a basic requirement for nine months of the year, that kind of service simply wasn’t good enough.

Over twelve years, we’ve grown from a two-van operation covering a handful of neighbourhoods to a team that now serves villas, apartments, offices, and warehouses across the entire city. What hasn’t changed is the size of the company we set out to be: small enough that every customer still gets a straight answer from someone who understands AC systems, and large enough that we can realistically promise same-day service almost anywhere in Dubai.
Today, “Pro AC Fix” is as much a description of how we work as it is a name. We are AC specialists first — split systems, central AC, and everything in between make up the vast majority of what we do — with broader HVAC capability, including ducting and ventilation, available for the commercial and villa projects that need it. We didn’t try to become a general contractor that also touches AC. We stayed focused on doing one thing — cooling — extremely well.
