How fast can you repair my AC in Dubai? ▶
Most repairs are completed the same day you contact us. Once a technician diagnoses the fault on site, common issues like blocked drains, dirty filters, or refrigerant top-ups are usually fixed within the hour.
Do you offer emergency AC repair? ▶
Yes, our emergency line runs 24/7. We prioritise homes with no working cooling at all, especially where elderly residents, children, or pets are affected.
My AC is blowing warm air — what’s usually wrong? ▶
This is the most common issue we’re called for. It’s typically low refrigerant, a dirty filter restricting airflow, or a compressor under strain. A technician can confirm which within minutes of arriving.
Water is leaking from my indoor unit — is that serious? ▶
Usually not — it’s most often a blocked condensate drain line, which is a fast, low-cost fix. Left unchecked for a long time it can cause ceiling or wall damage, so it’s worth addressing quickly.
My AC is making a loud noise — should I turn it off? ▶
If the noise is new, loud, or grinding, it’s safest to switch the unit off and contact us rather than let it keep running, since it often points to a motor or fan issue that can worsen quickly.

Pricing & Payment
How much does AC repair cost in Dubai? ▶
Cost depends on the fault — a filter clean or drain unblock costs far less than a compressor replacement. We always confirm a fixed price on site after diagnosis, before any work begins, so you know the exact amount upfront.
Is the diagnosis visit free? ▶
We provide a free quote once a technician has inspected your unit — you’ll know the exact repair cost before agreeing to anything.
Will the price change once the technician starts working? ▶
No. The price you approve on site is the price you pay. It only changes if you specifically request additional work beyond the original issue.
What payment methods do you accept? ▶
We accept cash and major cards on-site payment at the end of the visit, once you’re satisfied the job is complete.
Do you charge extra for same-day or emergency visits? ▶
Standard same-day repairs are priced the same as any other visit. Outside normal hours, emergency call-outs may carry a small additional fee, which we’ll always confirm with you before dispatching.
Installation
Do you install new AC units, or only repair existing ones? ▶
Both. We install split and central AC systems for new properties, replacements, and renovations, in addition to all repair and maintenance work.
How long does a typical installation take? ▶
A single split unit is usually completed within a few hours. Full villa central AC installations take longer and are scheduled in advance so we can plan the visit properly.
Can you help me choose the right AC size and brand? ▶
Yes — our technicians assess your room or property size and recommend the right unit capacity and brand for your budget, rather than upselling you on more than you need.
Do new installations come with a warranty? ▶
Every installation we complete is covered by a warranty on both parts and labour, giving you recourse if anything needs adjustment after setup.

How often should I service my AC in Dubai? ▶
Given Dubai’s heat load, we recommend servicing every 3–4 months for heavily used units, or at minimum twice a year — once before peak summer.
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts? ▶

What does a standard maintenance visit include? ▶
Filter cleaning, coil inspection, refrigerant level check, drain line clearing, and a full system test to confirm the unit is cooling efficiently.
