Installation Types

AC Installation Services We Provide

Not every property needs the same type of AC system. Choosing the right type — and installing it correctly — has a bigger impact on your comfort and electricity bills than almost any other decision you’ll make about your home or office’s cooling. Here’s what we install, and when each type makes sense.

Split AC Installation

The most common residential choice in Dubai — an indoor wall-mounted unit paired with an outdoor condenser. Split systems are cost-effective, relatively quick to install, and give you room-by-room control. We assess wall placement, outdoor unit positioning (important for airflow and noise), and piping routes before installation to ensure long-term efficiency, not just a fast fit.

Central AC Installation

A single system cooling an entire villa or larger apartment through a network of ducts. Central AC delivers more even, whole-property cooling but requires careful load calculation and ductwork design. We size the system to your property’s actual heat load — an oversized unit wastes electricity and cycles inefficiently, while an undersized one struggles constantly, especially in Dubai summers.

Ducted AC Installation

Similar to central AC but often used for zoned cooling across multiple rooms or floors, giving you more granular temperature control per zone than a single central system. Common in larger villas and townhouses. Duct design and insulation quality directly affect efficiency — poorly insulated ducts routed through hot roof spaces lose significant cooling before air even reaches the room.

VRF/VRV System Installation

Variable Refrigerant Flow systems are the standard for commercial buildings, hotels, and larger residential developments — one outdoor unit serving multiple indoor zones, each independently controlled. VRF systems are more efficient at partial loads than traditional systems, but installation requires precise refrigerant piping design and commissioning. We handle full VRF installation projects from design through commissioning and handover.

Window AC Installation

Less common in newer Dubai properties but still relevant for older buildings, storage areas, and budget-conscious single-room cooling. We handle structural assessment (window/wall opening requirements), secure mounting, and sealing to prevent hot air infiltration around the unit.

How It Works

Our AC Installation Process

A properly installed AC unit runs more efficiently, breaks down less often, and lasts significantly longer than one rushed through installation. Here’s exactly how we approach every job, from your first call to final handover.

1

Free Site Visit & Load Assessment

We visit your property to assess room size, insulation, sun exposure, ceiling height, and existing electrical capacity. This determines the correct tonnage (cooling capacity) needed — a decision that affects both comfort and your electricity bill for the system’s entire lifespan.

2

System Recommendation & Quote

Based on the assessment, we recommend the right system type and brand for your needs and budget — explaining the tradeoffs clearly, without pushing you toward the most expensive option. You’ll receive a fixed, itemized quote covering the unit, installation labor, and materials before any work begins.

3

Scheduled Installation

Our team installs the indoor and outdoor units, runs refrigerant piping and electrical connections, and — for ducted or central systems — installs and insulates ductwork. We protect your property throughout, covering floors and furniture near the work area.

4

Pressure Testing & Commissioning

Before handover, we pressure-test refrigerant lines for leaks, verify correct refrigerant charge, and run the system through a full cooling cycle to confirm performance matches specification. This step is where rushed installations usually cut corners — we don’t.

5

Handover & Warranty

We walk you through the system’s controls, provide maintenance recommendations, and register your installation warranty. If anything isn’t right after installation, we return and correct it at no additional cost.

Once your new system is installed, keep it running efficiently for years with an Annual Maintenance Contract — scheduled servicing locked in from day one.

Getting It Right

How Much AC Capacity Does Your Space Actually Need?

Getting the AC size wrong is one of the most common—and costly—installation mistakes. An undersized unit runs constantly and never quite cools the space, while an oversized one cools too quickly without removing enough humidity, cycles excessively, and wastes electricity. Correct sizing saves money and improves comfort for years.

Room Size

Larger rooms require greater cooling capacity. Room size is the starting point, but it isn’t the only factor.

Ceiling Height

Higher ceilings increase the volume of air that needs cooling, which often requires a larger AC capacity.

Sun Exposure

Rooms with large windows or direct afternoon sunlight gain more heat and usually need additional cooling power.

Insulation

Well-insulated homes retain cool air more effectively, while older properties generally require more cooling capacity.

Occupancy & Equipment

More occupants and heat-producing appliances increase the cooling load beyond room dimensions alone.

Room Purpose

Kitchens, offices, and rooms with heavy equipment often require larger AC systems than bedrooms of the same size.

Rather than relying on online calculators, our free site visit includes a professional cooling load assessment to recommend the right AC capacity for your home or business.

Repair vs. Replace

Should You Repair Your AC or Install a New One?

Not every AC problem calls for a new installation—many issues can be fixed with an affordable repair. However, there comes a point where repairing an aging system costs more than replacing it. Here are the signs it’s time to consider a new AC.
